Thomson Reuters has selected Prof. Shin’ichi Nojiri, the director of Division of Theoretical Studies of KMI, as a Highly Cited Researcher in 2014. Highly Cited Researchers represent the world’s leading scientific minds and earn the distinction by writing the greatest number of reports ranked among the top 1% most cited papers for their subject field between 2002 and 2012. On March 27, 8th Seitaro Nakamura prize ceremony and the award lecture were held at the 69th annual meeting of the Japan Physical Society (Shonan campus, Tokai University). Sakata Memorial KMI Mini-Workshop on “Strong Coupling Gauge Theories Beyond the Standard Model” (SCGT14Mini) was held at KMI from March 3rd to 5th, 2014.
