Recently primordial black holes (PBHs) have been attracting a lot of attention as a dark matter candidate and possible origin of observed binary black holes. In this talk, I will briefly review the standard formation process of a PBH in a radiation dominated universe by introducing the simple three-zone model. Then I will briefly introduce the two related topics based on our recent work: the effect of the velocity dispersion on the formation of PBHs in a matter- dominated era and PBH formation from massless scalar isocurvature.
