Registration

Please fill out the following Registration Form if you are applying for the participation in the Conferences, KMIIN and/or SAKATA100. The form is common to two conferences; please check appropriate item(s) in "Conference to attend".

The deadline of the registration is October 15 (24:00 JST).

A confirmation will be sent from Secretariat via e-mail within a few days. Please contact Secretariat in case you do not receive e-mail for more than three days.
