{"id":933,"date":"2015-01-22T13:09:36","date_gmt":"2015-01-22T04:09:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp\/eng\/seminar\/933\/"},"modified":"2015-01-22T13:09:36","modified_gmt":"2015-01-22T04:09:36","slug":"signatures_of_susy_e6_gut_in_the_past_and_future","status":"publish","type":"seminar","link":"https:\/\/www.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp\/eng\/seminar\/933\/","title":{"rendered":"Signatures of SUSY (E6) GUT in the past and future"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Grand Unified Theory (GUT) can unify not only three gauge forces in the Standard Model (SM)<br \/> into a single gauge force but also quarks and leptons in the SM into a few multiplets.<br \/> Interestingly, for both unifications, we have already signatures from the experiments.<br \/> For the unification of forces, we have gauge coupling unification as a signature.<br \/> Moreover,\u00a0 the measured masses and mixings are consistent with the unification of matters.<br \/> Only one assumption that 10 dim. fields induce stronger hierarchy for the Yukawa couplings<br \/> than 5bar fields, can explain various hierarchies of quark and lepton masses and mixings.<br \/> E6 GUT is attractive because the assumption can be obtained as a result. E6 GUT can explain<br \/> the various hierarchies of quark and lepton masses and mixings so naturally that we can build a<br \/> model in which all three generation of quarks and leptons can be unified into a single multiplet<br \/> while realistic quark and lepton masses and mixings can be obtained by breaking the family<br \/> symmetry. We discuss the signatures of this E6 GUT in future, nucleon decay and sfermion<br \/> mass spectrum.
