Several isotopes<br \/>\n depend strongly on the neutrino flavor oscillation due to the<br \/>\n Mikheyev-Smirnov-Wolfenstein (MSW) effect. We here discuss how to<br \/>\n determine the neutrino temperatures and propose a novel method to<br \/>\n determine still unknown neutrino oscillation parameters, mass hierarchy<br \/>\n and \u03b8<sub>13<\/sub>, simultaneously.
