{"id":845,"date":"2013-02-27T20:23:55","date_gmt":"2013-02-27T11:23:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp\/eng\/seminar\/845\/"},"modified":"2013-02-27T20:23:55","modified_gmt":"2013-02-27T11:23:55","slug":"20130227_teshima","status":"publish","type":"seminar","link":"https:\/\/www.kmi.nagoya-u.ac.jp\/eng\/seminar\/845\/","title":{"rendered":"Very High Energy Gamma-Ray Astronomy and the Next Generation Observatory CTA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Very high energy gamma-ray astronomy explores the non-thermal<br \/>\nUniverse, probing via their gamma ray emission, the populations, acceleration mechanisms and propagation of high energy particles in our Galaxy and in external galaxies.<br \/>\nDespite one century of research, many details of cosmic particle accelerators are poorly understood, as is their influence on the evolution of structures in the Universe.
