Since there are a large number of metastable<br \/>\nde Sitter vacua in the string landscape, tunneling from one<br \/>\nvacuum to another occurs frequently through the bubble<br \/>\nnucleation and open inflation is naturally realized. We argue<br \/>\nthat though the universe appears to be very flat, a small<br \/>\ndeviation of $Omega_{0}$ from unity can make the effect of<br \/>\ntensor-type perturbations on the large angle CMB anisotropy<br \/>\nsignificant.
