The origin of neutrino masses<br \/>\nrequires new physics beyond the Standard Model of particle physics.<br \/>\nIn this colloquium physics of the Standard Model extended by<br \/>\nright-handed neutrinos is discussed. This framework can potentially explain<br \/>\nthe origins of neutrino masses, dark matter, and baryon asymmetry of the<br \/>\nUniverse at the same time. The typical mass range of right-handed neutrinos<br \/>\nare within the reach of experiments and the direct (and indirect) tests of<br \/>\nthe model are possible.
