First I briefly review the current status of the tension, and<br \/>\nthen discuss the attempts to solve it, particularly focusing on its implications to new<br \/>\nphysics. I also argue that the tension can also give an impact on other cosmological issues<br \/>\nsuch as cosmological bound on neutrino masses.
