Starting from the fiscal year 2018, KMI gives a warm welcome to Prof. Makoto Kobayashi as the new Director General of the institute.<\/p>\n

Succeeding the position after Prof. Toshihide Maskawa, Prof. Kobayashi is the second Director General of KMI since its establishment.
