B meson semileptonic decays play a key role in testing the Standard Model: they provide the determination of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa (CKM) matrix elements, and serve as interesting probe of new physics. However, the long-standing tension in the CKM matrix elements, |V_ub| and |V_cb|, between the exclusive and inclusive decays suggests that theoretical and/or experimental uncertainties have not been fully understood. In this talk, we report on our lattice QCD calculation of relevant form factors, which are currently the source of the largest theoretical uncertainty in the CKM elements.
