In this talk I will review the lattice calculation of neutron EDM, proton decay and hadronic contribution to muon g-2. These are relevant quantities to precision test of the standard model and intensity frontier physics. Non- perturbative calculation in lattice QCD plays an essential role to remove the theoretical uncertainties of hadronic effect in these quantities.
