Succeeding the position after Prof. Toshihide Maskawa, Prof. Kobayashi is the second Director General of KMI since its establishment. Together with Prof. Kobayashi, who is one of the world leading theoretical physicsits full of wit and expansive ideas, KMI is just on the boad for its further development.
